Managing Your Home
Maybe you never planned on being a landlord—you’ve been unable to sell your home, you had to relocate for a job, or you inherited a new property. Perhaps you are just entering the rental investment market and need to get your property rented or you are having difficulty with the existing tenant.
Whatever your situation, rest assured we are prepared to help you navigate the local rental market, and we have years of experience in saving property owners both time and money as we help them avoid costly mistakes, comply with complex legal requirements, and improve cash flow.
We will prepare a rental lease agreement that covers your property. We will also collect the rent, deposit the money, and obligate tenants to abide by the terms of the lease.
We will perform a move-in inspection and provide written and photographic documentation to both the landlord and the tenant.
We will conduct a move-in-orientation, collect the first month’s rent, and provide keys and other related documents.
We will provide an accounting statement when the property is rented and a year-end statement.
